Admissions Information

Registration for Pre-School through 5th grade for the upcoming school year will begin in February.  New applications will be accepted anytime through the year.

Children of all Faiths are welcome to attend St. John Catholic School.

Age of enrollment for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students entering Catholic schools in Arkansas are as follows:

  • Kindergarten - Five (5) by September 1st

  • Pre-Kindergarten - Three (3) by August 1st

  • Monthly tuition, payable by bank draft, begins in August and ends in May. If paying by semester, tuition is due in August and December. Annual tuition payments are due in August. If paying by semester or annually a 2% discount has been applied
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at Pre-registration. Pre-Registration deadline is May 2, 2011. This deposit will be applied to the registration fee
  • Registration Fee in the amount of $180.00 is assessed per child for supplies. The Registration Fee is a nonrefundable fee.
  • Tuition is paid regardless of school attendance.

  • A Catholic Baptismal Certificate and verification of Parish Membership is required to qualify for the Catholic rate.
  • Monthly tuition, payable by bank draft, begins in August and ends in May. If paying by semester, tuition is due in August and December. Annual tuition payments are due in August. If paying by semester or annually a 2% discount has been applied.
  • A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due at time of Pre-registration. Pre-registration deadline in May 1, 2012. This deposit will be applied to your registration fee
  • Registration Fee in the amount of $340.00 is assessed per child for books and building upkeep. The Registration Fee is due by August 5, 2011 or upon enrollment. The Registration Fee is non-refundable.
  • There is no multi-child discount for children in Pre-K. However, if a family has a child in Pre-K and another child(ren) in K through 5th, the multi-child discount can be applied to the older child(ren)'s tuition. For instance, if a Catholic family has a full day Pre-K, one in 1st grade and one in 3rd grade, the family will pay $345 + $192 + $0 = $537 per month.
  • Tuition is paid regardless of school attendance.
